We had star fencing install a metal fence around our pool last year. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. As in all projects, there are always little things that come up. Unfortunately the wrong size of fence was started on the install day. Once I brought it up, the crew quickly removed and picked up the parts for the correct fence. When one of my tools was missing at the end of the job (a simple mistake as I had some of my tools out as well), Star bought me a replacement. Issues will always come up during a project and these guys handled them well. I would definitely use them again. Great job and thank you! Derek and Julia

We recently had a gate installed at one of the collision shops in Kitchener and it came out looking fantastic. The salesman and technician were very good with updates and completed the job within a weeks time. Outstanding quality and communication.

Highly recommend Star Fencing! We were very hesitant in fencing our country property for our dogs. It took us 6 months to decide (from quote to install) In that time they were so patient with us, and all our questions. They always got back to us very quickly if not right away. Thats when we knew we were in good hands. Fence is amazing and I cant believe we went years without one! The dogs give 5 stars as well! Thanks again to Fardin, Fred and the team.

I was upset when An appointment was scheduled for a quote and they never showed up or called or returned our call. However after I sent a not so nice review the salesperson responded very apologetic and took full responsibility for the mix up.Thats and He came right on time for the rescheduled appointment. He was very pleasant and examined everything.I had asked for a written quote which has not yet come but hopefully it's on it's way. I am very pleased the way he handled this mishap.

I highly recommend Star Fencing. We had two previous contractors who said they would do our's and our neighbour's fences. Both companies would not return calls or give us a start date. Fardin was amazing. He answered our calls and emails that day or the next. Both he and his workers were very professional. We had 5 neighbours involved with the fences and he accommodated all of their requests. The fence was started just one day after the original start date which was really good considering the weather we have had. The fence looks fantastic, all the neighbours are very pleased. The workers doing the fence were pleasant and hard working. I wish we had called them first! Thank you Fardin and Star fencing!

I generally don’t give reviews but today I writing this to share my experience. Star fencing is a very professional team and they completed fencing my backyard in very timely manner. Fardin was a great help and the post work customer service is exceptional. I am satisfied with the work done and will definitely recommend them.

We had a fence installed a few weeks ago. The guys were great, and we are very happy with the end result. Our dog is one happy girl too and has a great time zooming around her yard!

From my initial phone call until the final board installation Star Fencing exceeded all of my expectations. Fardin and staff showed the most highest reguard and empathy for my situation . I had a horrible two years of criminal harassment from an ongoing neighbour dispute . Fardin was exceptionally polite and kind hearted and professional to deal with . When he came to my home he was very knowledgeable in his skills and his pricing was fair. Most companies at this time of year I called would not fit me in. He was understanding and very concerned for my situation and came right out . I had three way over priced quotes just before I called him. I knew from fencing experience myself and having fences installed before and knowing pricing he was upright and honest . He came to my home knew what he was doing looked at survey did suggestions and he was very kind and compassionate and empathetic to my situation . His staff and craftsman carpenters who came on site, showed impeccable skills in carpentry . Everyone showed caring and great craftsmanship and you can clearly see they took pride in their work ethic and a job well done . Even with the high tension the Next door neighbours house sitter was giving the men . They all remained very calm and solid and kept professional and kept the situation under great control and kept the work area clean and tidy at all times . I had a big fence they installed and it was done in a two day period. We waited a few days In between to set the posts . Which is normal for fencing . These men I treated to lunch both days and cool Drinks and they well deserved it . They kept saying thank you . I was just so grateful for them. It was one of the hottest two days we have had and I think how hot and how hard they worked In that heat anyone having a fence put in should do this for these wonderful kind men who work so hard to do such a amazing job ,such great people I really liked them. I will be using star fencing again in the future. They also explained I could do a deck and hot tub surrounds etc . I think they are a excellent company from start to finish all involved were amazing at their professionalism and skills and most importantly their customer service skills were out of this world and thar is very hard to find these days . I had a very pleasant and wonderful experience and will Make sure in the future to recommend them to anyone of their craftsmanship. I already have had a few neighbours stop by and ask me for their number . So I have passed their names along . Thank you to you all you were so very kind and helpful. Just had and existing fence removed and replaced with a board and batten fence. It looks beautiful and provides the privacy we were looking for. They fit us in earlier than expected since we were having family from out of province in mid June. They also did exactly what I wanted modifying another existing fence. Totally stress-free experience and I would highly recommend. They were fast, efficient and built a great-looking deck and fence for us!
